HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The 2017 Leadership Summit will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, located at One Market Place in San Diego, CA. A room block has been set up for Summit attendees.

Rate: $275 per night ($10 underwrites the Summit)

Cut-off date: The room block cut-off date is June 27th. However, we suggest that attendees make their reservations early to ensure availability.  Rooms have sold out before the cut-off in the past.

Reservations:  Reservations are available to registered attendees only.  After registering, attendees will receive a registration confirmation with hotel reservation instructions. If you are a registered attendee in need of this information, please e-mail registration@healthforum.com.
