He is a 2006 recipient of a regional Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and Lancaster Pollard is a 2010 recipient of the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, awarded by the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio, where the firm is headquartered.

Mr. Green has over 25 years of senior management experience in corporate finance, banking and health care. He has participated in Department of Housing and Urban Development efforts to streamline hospital mortgage insurance programs, and he has provided insights to national hospital advocacy groups regarding the impacts of legislation on hospitals' abilities to pay for renovation and construction projects.

Lancaster Pollard is an investment banking, mortgage banking, financial advisory and investment advisory firm specializing in health care. Mr. Green helped the firm build its platform of services specifically for this sector, ensuring that because every financing option could be provided, each could be evaluated and explained without bias and in the context of a hospital's goals and current market conditions. The firm offers advice on integrating strategic and capital plans, compares and evaluates ways to pay for capital projects, and underwrites bonds and mortgages for renovations, medical office buildings, acquisitions and other efforts. The firm also services federally-supported mortgages and offers investment advisory services to nonprofit hospitals with endowments and foundations.

Mr. Green and Lancaster Pollard have offered webinars, conference education sessions and expert source material to organizations including:

  • AHA Rural Leadership Conference
  • HFMA Annual National Institute
